Financial Wellness
Financial Wellness offers access to Certified Credit Counselors who can offer advice on a variety of financial issues. This program is designed to not only help the Members reduce their debt, but to educate them in how to best handle their funds in the future. Available programs include:
- Financial Literacy Program - an array of courses on budgeting, using credit wisely, and savings strategies
- Debt Management Program - a solution for individuals who are finding it difficult to successfully meet their monthly financial obligations
- Debt Negotiation/Settlement Program - a unique solution for individuals who have fallen behind with their monthly financial obligations
- Hardship (Jump Start) Program - specifically designed for individuals who are facing a short-term financial setback such as temporary job separation, reduced income or divorce, resulting in the need to reduce their outstanding monthly obligations
- Tax Relief Offer In Compromise Program - a swift solution for individuals who have an ongoing tax issue and are facing wage garnishment
- Student Loan Consolidation Program - a consolidation plan for federally backed student loans
- Down Payment Assistance Program - offers the ability to purchase a home with zero money out of pocket
- Accelerated Debt Elimination program - available to homeowners with high levels of consumer debt, including mortgage balances, this program provides a method for all creditor obligations including mortgages to be eliminated within 7 - 10 years without increasing payments or compromising credit standings
