General Information
When you can't reach your primary care physician or when it's after your doctor's normal hours of operation call TelaDoc, a national network of board eligible, primary care physicians who specialize in telephone medical consults. TelaDoc members can talk to a physician quickly - usually within 30-40 minutes, but always within 3 hours of their incoming call, for a flat fee of $35. The doctor diagnoses the problem and if appropriate, phones in prescription to the member's pharmacy of choice. TelaDoc is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in 45 states. The TelaDoc benefit is not available to residents or in the state of Oklahoma.
* Controlled substances are not prescribed by TelaDoc physicians.
